Insurance

Ok boring stuff, we know.

we accept orthodontic insurance

Yep, we accept orthodontic insurance! And even better, we’re an in-network provider with some select insurance carriers. Being in-network minimizes your out-of-pocket expenses (or the money YOU are responsible for paying, such as co-payments, deductibles, and co-insurance). Please keep in mind we do not accept care credit at this time.

What if We Are Out-of-Network?

If Lineberger Orthodontics is out-of-network for orthodontic/dental insurance benefits, we will STILL maximize your benefits and file insurance claims on your behalf. This saves you time, and time is money, RIGHT?!

How do I know if my insurance covers orthodontics?

Well, every policy is different, but you’ll be happy to know that lifetime orthodontic benefits are quite normal within the realm of dental insurance. Your medical insurance may also offer some benefits. When you meet with our Treatment Coordinator, we’ll review the coverage of your specific policy.

What if the Out-of-Pocket Expense is too much?

Don’t worry. The last thing we want is for orthodontic treatment to be a burden on your family’s finances. We offer several options to help you if your out-of-pocket expenses are too high:

  • In-house, interest-free financing
  • Credit Card payments
  • Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA/HSA)
  • Treatment plans designed around what YOU can afford
  • Tiered treatment plans

Put it this way, we NEVER sacrifice the quality of care because our patients cannot afford treatment. We work with what you can afford each month while the integrity, process and outcome of the treatment plan is maintained. We’re gonna take care of ya!

What is a Tiered Treatment Plan?

A tiered treatment plan is simply a way of gradually unfolding your orthodontic services. Based on what you can afford each month, we define appointments, appliances, procedures and other aspects that fit within your budget.

Believe us when we say, this isn’t a standard offering in orthodontics! But like we said, we’re gonna take care of ya!
