The Damon Clear bracket system allows patients the benefits of traditional orthodontics without the traditional metal look.
Damon clear ceramic braces work the same way as traditional metal Damon braces, except people have to look really hard to see them. The standard set up for ceramic braces is having a bracket bonded to each of the front teeth.
The wire is laid on top of the brackets and held in place via a door mechanism incorporated into the bracket. This reduces the need for colored ties to be placed on the teeth, if preferred.
This design slowly moves your teeth each time the archwire is adjusted. It sounds complicated, but we swear it’s easy peasy.
